Four ways to return to yourself
Healing sessions
Softness, then healing
Non-contact sound baths, Taoist bodywork, and quiet energy therapy — each a slow return to balance.
Sink into deep rest Deep Relaxation Sound Bath 75 min Gentle waves of Tibetan singing bowls, handpan, and therapeutic instruments create a field of soothing vibration around you. Lie down, receive, and let the sound wash away tension — inviting deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner restoration. Explore
Root to crown Chakra Balancing Sound Healing 75 min Seven therapeutic singing bowls are placed on and around the body, each tuned to a chakra. As they vibrate, sound waves travel through skin, bone, and water within — releasing stagnant energy, calming the nervous system, and restoring balance from root to crown. Explore
Yogic sleep · nervous reset Yoga Nidra 40 min A guided meditation between waking and dreaming, where the body rests deeply while awareness stays gently awake. The nervous system resets, the brain slows into theta waves, and one session can feel like hours of sleep. Perfect for anxiety, insomnia, and burnout. Explore
